Unlike conventional chatbots, our AI Agent is integrated directly into your studio's database. It has "eyes" to read your contracts and "hands" to execute actions for you, always under your control.
We are rolling out this technology in two exciting phases:
Phase 1: Query Mode (Imminent)
Imagine talking to your business as if you were talking to an expert colleague. You will be able to ask things like:
- "What sessions do I have pending for next week?"
- "How much have I invoiced for weddings so far this year?"
- "Which clients still haven't signed their contract?"
The agent will search for the information in real time and give you the exact answer. No unnecessary clicks, no getting lost in menus.
Phase 2: Action Mode (Coming Soon)
This is where the magic happens. Your agent will be able to execute complex tasks using natural language:
- "Prepare a quote of 450 EUR for client Juan Pérez."
- "Move the García session to next Friday at 10:00."
- "Send a photo selection reminder to all galleries that expire tomorrow."
You will only need to review the proposal and press "Confirm". The agent takes care of the rest.
Professional Invoicing: Complete Legal Protection
Alongside the AI Agent, we are launching the most ambitious update to our invoicing module. We want you to sleep soundly knowing that you comply with all legal regulations (such as Verifactu).
The invoicing roadmap is divided into three stages:
- Phase A (Local and Legal): Full support for 7 document types (invoices, corrective invoices, deposits...), immutable traceability with SHA-256 hash and automatic PDFs in 6 languages.
- Phase B (Online Payments): Integration with Stripe Connect. Your clients will be able to pay you by card directly from the invoice, with money arriving in your account instantly.
- Phase C (AEAT Connection): Direct synchronization with the Tax Agency to comply with Verifactu transparently.
