The moment has arrived
We've been working in silence for months. Polishing every detail, listening to the photographers who have accompanied us in the beta, and making sure that when we opened the doors, everything would work like a Swiss watch.
On January 19, 2026, PhotoHeart officially opens to the public.
And we don't come empty-handed. This last week has been a final sprint where we've closed features that make a difference.
Stripe Payments: Your Business, Professionalized
The integration that has cost us the most, but also the one we're most proud of.
Now you can:
- Subscribe with 14 days free trial - No commitment, cancel anytime
- Manage your subscription from the portal - Change plan, update card, download invoices
- Receive exclusive promotional codes - Early adopters from the waitlist have their reward
We've implemented the entire webhook system so that every payment, every plan change, every renewal... is processed automatically. You just have to worry about taking incredible photos.
Online Bookings: Now with ID and Address
The public booking form has evolved. Before we only asked for name, email and phone. Now:

| Full address | Street, city, province, postal code, country |
Smart Data Merge
If a client you already have in your CRM makes a booking, we update their main data but preserve the extra information you already had. Nothing is lost.
Invoices that Comply with the Law
This is one of those changes that aren't "sexy" but are fundamental.
Invoices are now immutable. Once issued, they cannot be modified. That's what the Tax Office requires, that's what we do.
- The invoice modal opens in read-only mode
- The backend rejects any modification attempt (except marking as paid)
- Numbering series are now only numeric (maximum 4 digits)
If you had series with letters (A, B, WED...), don't worry: they will continue to work, but when saving new changes we'll ask you to use the new format.
Personalized Demo for Subscribers
