How Does It Work?
1. Create Your Template (Once)
Go to Contracts → Templates → New and write your contract with the visual editor. You can include:
- Terms and conditions of your service
- Image usage authorization
- Cancellation policy
- Whatever you need
2. Link It to Your Packages
In each package configuration, select which contract template to use. That simple.
3. Client Books and... Done!
When a client books an appointment with that package:
- Receives an email with the link to sign
- Opens the contract from their phone or computer
- Signs with finger or mouse on screen
- Downloads their PDF signed instantly
You receive a notification and the contract is automatically saved.
What's Included in the Signed Contract?
Each contract generates a legal PDF with:
- ✍️ Client's digital signature (real image)
- 📅 Exact date and time of signature
- 🌐 IP and device (legal evidence)
- 🔒 Unique hash code (guarantees no one modified it)
- 📋 Automatic GDPR clause
Legal validity: Complies with EU eIDAS Regulation. It's as valid as a paper signature.
Contract Types

Expiration Configuration
Each template has its own validity days:
- Christmas Session: 3 days to sign (urgent)
- Wedding: 14 days (more time)
- Communion: 7 days (default)

Where are contracts saved? In your PhotoHeart account, accessible from Contracts → Signed.
Can I download the PDF later? Yes, always. The contract is permanently saved.
What happens if client doesn't sign on time? Link expires and appears as "Expired". You can reactivate it with new date.
Is it legal in Spain? Yes. Complies with GDPR, LOPDGDD and eIDAS Regulation. Simple electronic signature is valid for service contracts.
What if I want to revoke a signed contract? You can do it indicating the reason. Revocation is recorded.
